Is our Santa the real deal?
Straight off the sleigh! We scoured the northeast and Pennsylvania in search of the very best, most authentic real-bearded Santa so that your families will have a truly memorable experience, along with beautiful photographic memories.
What should we wear?
While our studio wardrobe isn't included in this event, we will send out a style guide as we get closer with ideas for how to dress in a way that complements our simple, light, and airy style.
What if my child cries?
We're going to be real with you here; it's entirely possible that your child will cry or be afraid of Santa. This is especially true if they are older than 9 months and have never met Santa, or responded poorly with Santa in the past. We'll make the best of it, grab a few images without the big man, and go with the flow! We will not force a child to sit with Santa for the duration of your session if they are terrified. Due to the nature of these sessions, there are no refunds.
Should we arrive early?
Yes! Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. This gives you time to settle in, remove jackets, touch up hair, and make sure your children are picture-perfect before meeting Santa. Our lobby and studio mirrors are available to help you get ready. Sessions must begin promptly at the scheduled time, and since Santa is booked for exact time slots, late arrivals cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
When & how will I get the portraits?
You will receive an email with a link to your online watermarked gallery. From there, you’ll select your five portraits included with your session, and I’ll personally confirm your final choices before sending the high-resolution downloads directly to you. Your full gallery will be delivered within two weeks after the event.
Need your portraits sooner for Christmas cards or gifts? You can upgrade to a 72-hour rush delivery for an additional $200, available at checkout.
Can we purchase all of the portraits from the event?
Yes, absolutely — and we encourage it! Your full gallery will be so beautiful that it’s often hard to choose just five. We’ve made it simple to upgrade: the entire gallery can be purchased for only $150. You can pre-purchase this option at checkout or decide later after viewing your watermarked gallery. Many parents choose to upgrade in advance, knowing they’ll want every image for holiday cards, gifts, and keepsakes.
How does the wish list work?
Each family will receive a special North Pole Wishlist in the mail before their session. It arrives tucked inside a blank envelope so parents can surprise their children at just the right moment. This is the perfect way to tell them about their upcoming visit with Santa! Children can fill out their wishlist at home and then bring it along to their session. During their time with Santa, they’ll have the chance to share their list out loud and tell him exactly what they’re hoping for this Christmas.
